Leavenworth Festhalle is located at 1001 Front Street in Leavenworth, WA, accessible from the east or west via US Highway 2.

PLEASE, DESIGNATE A DRIVER.

Free water, soda and coffee will be available for all Designated Drivers.

PLEASE NOTE: Leavenworth Ale Fest is a 21-and-over event. All attendees must show a VALID ID AT THE DOOR. No outside food or beverage allowed.


TICKETS

$40 GENERAL ADMISSION

Includes entry to ONE SESSION, your tasting glass and 8 taster tokens. AFTERNOON SESSION: 1-4 p.m.; EVENING SESSION: 6:30-10:30 p.m.

$60 VIP ADMISSION – Early Entry to Evening Session

Beat the crowds and enjoy an extra hour of tasting! Includes evening session entry at 5:30 p.m., your tasting glass and 8 taster tokens.

EARLYBIRD SPECIAL – $10 off any ticket purchased prior to March. 1, 2020.

LOCAL SPECIAL – $10 off with a Chelan County address

$5 DESIGNATED DRIVERS – Includes a special wristband and access to free water, soda and coffee during the event.

NEED MORE TOKENS?

Additional tokens will be available at the event for $2 apiece or three for $5.

VOLUNTEER

Want to volunteer?  All volunteers receive admission to Ale Fest with four tokens and tasting glass. Jobs vary, but could include pouring beer, ticket admission, token collection, merchandise sales, set up and strike.

Shifts available:

9 a.m. – noon – Setup help

Noon – 4 p.m. / 5 – 9 p.m. – Event help

10 p.m. – Midnight – Cleanup and strike

Founded in 1995 by Harriet Bullitt and the late Wilfred Woods, Icicle Creek is located on a 13-acre campus three
miles outside the City of Leavenworth and provides arts education to more than 6,000 students around NCW
each year as well as a full performance season that draws more than 10,000 audience members annually.
